Eventide Launch Image, showing mysterious artifacts, burning candles, and old scrollsThis Tuesday is the official launch of the Eventide campaign! I’ll be kicking things off by hosting a live chat over on my twitch channel (twitch.tv/JasonBulmahn) starting at 8pm PT.

During the stream I’ll be talking about the roadmap for the next month, leading up to the start of the playtest. I am also going to go over what you can find in the Player Archive and what you can expect to find them over the next month. Finally, I am hoping to give just a peek into the start of the Introductory Adventure, Wolfren’s Fate.

I hope you will join me for the launch of this campaign! But if you miss out, no worries, I will post it up to my YouTube channel later in the week and will add a link to it here!

Have you ever overheard just part of a conversation? Where two folks are having a chat about something BIG, but they don’t want anyone else to know what they are talking about? In Elephant in the Room you and the other players are trying to guess the topic of conversation being had by the two players at the table based on one of 100 cards found in the deck! Rules Preview: Elves of Eventide

The characters are one of the most exciting parts of the Edge of Eventide Dramatic Campaign. Their design is integral to the plot, their back story is the story of the campaign. This means that I can also include rules and new game material pertinent to each individual character. As we get ever closer to the first release, I am hoping to show off some of that material, giving you a sense of what you can expect from the Edge of Eventide.

First off, I am giving you a look at Leylinia, the elven cleric in the group. One of the things that makes her so special is that she is a that she is from a new subrace of elves, the Cenasar. The Cenasar are elves who share a bond with the passing seasons, gaining special abilities and resistances based on the time of year. This bond even influences their appearance. Looking at Leylinia, for example, it is pretty apparent that the first adventure is set in autumn.
